Celebrate poetry month with a bevy of talented local poets! You are invited to “Late Afternoon on the River,” readings offering reflection, memory, solace and delight through the poetry of three house of appleton poets: MJ Burrows (What You Left Behind), Marlene Dean (Menagerie), and Mary Ann Moore (Modern Words for Beauty). Hosted by Linda K. Thompson, additional poet guests will include Leanne McIntosh, Pamela Medland, and Ursula Vaira.
