Library use is always a priority for any of the rooms we book. VIRL reserves the right to cancel a room booking should the space be required for library purposes.

Note: Rooms are available to be booked free of charge for community or not-for-profit groups. For-profit groups are able to book the rooms for $30/hour. Groups are not allowed to sell products or charge admission for events on library property.

We can book up to 3 months in advance and we limit groups to 2 uses per month.
