Cultural Literacy Kits are designed to help parents, caregivers and educators engage with their children through books, songs and games – all in their own language and about their own culture! Vancouver Island Regional Library developed the kits in partnership with organizations such as Kw’umut Lelum Child and Family Services and the Central Vancouver Island Multicultural Society.
