Freegal Music + offers access to over 15 million songs, including Sony Music’s catalog. In total the collection is comprised of music from over 40,000+ labels with music that originates in over 100 countries. Downloaded music is free to keep for personal use.

Cap:

Each library member can download five songs per week, and stream up to three hours of music per day.
