Join us for a special Poem in Your Pocket Day Poetry Meet-Up at Small Gods Brewing (9835 Third St., Sidney, BC)
Poetry is a vocal art, meant to be heard in the reader’s voice and experienced as sound, just like a song or conversation. Let’s gather and read poetry aloud to each other in a fun, informal way. Please bring a short poem (one that fits in your pocket) that you would like to share with the group or just come and enjoy listening. Local poets extraordinaire Lorna Crozier and Hope Anderson will help us get things rolling. Everyone welcome. Presented by the Sidney / North Saanich Library.
