Program description: In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), emotions are intimately linked with TCM’s organ system theory and our physical health. This talk will explore how the seven emotions—anger, joy, pensiveness, sadness, worry, fear, and shock—can impact our body, mind, and spirit. Learn how acupuncture can support overall health, boost vitality, and restore balance during times of stress or life challenges. Participants will also be introduced to the self-care practice of applying pressure to acupressure points with their hands, a practice easily incorporated into daily routines for enhanced well-being.
