Join us at the Cumberland Library for an evening with BC author Heather Ramsay, whose debut novel A Room in the Forest follows a young woman navigating work, family secrets, and belonging in the ancient forests of Haida Gwaii. Drawing on her years living on the coast and her background in journalism, Ramsay brings a strong sense of place and nuanced environmental themes to her fiction. The event will feature a reading, an audience Q & A, and a book signing with the author.
