Join us in creating white poppies in in remembrance of the suffering caused by war and the need for peace. Drop in between 2:00 and 3:00 and create white poppies for yourself and to give away – fabric artists Susan Hudson and Tawny MacLachlan Capon will be on hand with all the supplies you need. At 3:00 Heather menzies will speak about the history and meaning of the white poppy and we invite you to share your own stories of how war has affected your life or loved ones.
