The exhibit introduces visitors to the Esquimalt & Nanaimo Railway Land Grant of 1887 — also known as the great land grab. Through graphic novel and comic style panels, video, and interactive elements, visitors learn what happened, who is affected, and what it means for today.

The exhibit is bilingual (English and French) and will travel Vancouver Island through 2026 and 2027. The exhibit is currently at the Cowichan (Duncan) Library in October 2026.
