Gather with fellow pet lovers at the Vancouver Island Regional Library (parking lot) in Sooke for an 11:00 am muster, before the parade begins at 11:30 am and makes its way to John Phillips Memorial Park.
Enjoy dog treats, fun, and a welcoming atmosphere for all—because everyone belongs.
