Clearing Browser Cache and Cookies
The browser cache is a temporary storage location on your computer for files downloaded by your browser. This cache reduces bandwidth usage on both the user and server side and allows pages to load faster. Sometimes, cached versions of a website can cause the site to load partially or break its page layout.
From time to time it may be necessary for visitors to clear their browser cache. To ensure that you are seeing the most current version of our site you should clear your cache and here is how to do so on various browsers.
In Chrome desktop browser
The quickest way to the Clear browsing data window in Google Chrome is by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Del (Windows) or Command+Shift+Delete (Mac). Otherwise try the following.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top-right, click More –the ellipses just below the close window or X button.
- Click More tools.
- Click on Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time period from the Time range drop down field at the top of the dialogue box.
- Alternatively, to delete everything, select All time.
- Check the ‘Cookies and other site data’ tick box
- Check the ‘Cached images and files’, tick box.
- Press the Clear data button.

In all other desktop browsers
Force a manual refresh by travelling to the stale page (the page that you suspect is cached) and doing one of the following operations.
- Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button or
- Hold down Ctrl and click F5 or
- Hold down Ctrl + Shift and click R.
In mobile browsers
Android
The steps to clear your cache, cookies, and history may differ depending on the model of your Android device and your preferred browser, but you should be able to clear your cache and data from your application management settings menu:
- Go to Settings and choose Apps or Application Manager.
- Swipe to the All tab.
- In the list of installed apps, find and select your web browser. Select Clear Data, and then Clear Cache.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Chrome for Android
- Select Chrome menu, then Settings, and then (Advanced) Privacy.
- From the “Time Range” drop-down menu, choose All Time.
- Check Cookies and Site data and Cached Images and Files. Select Clear data.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Safari for iOS
- Open your Settings app.
- Select Safari.
- Select Clear History and Website Data and confirm.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Chrome for iOS
- Select Chrome menu, then Settings, and then Privacy.
- Select Clear Browsing Data.
- Choose the data type you want to clear, and then select Clear Browsing Data.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
