Thank you to everyone who submitted art to our Teen Drawing Contest. We received dozens of entries from talented high school-aged artists across our service area. It wasn’t easy for judges to pick just 18 drawings to feature in our new Vancouver Island Regional Library colouring book.

Congratulations to our winners, including Chloe of Ucluelet who won our grand-prize. Her artwork will be featured on the cover of our  new colouring book. She also won an artist prize pack valued at $60 and an advance copy of the colouring book.

The second-place winner is Phoebe of Ucluelet, who won an artist prize pack valued at $50 and an advance copy of the colouring book, and to our third-place winner, Izzy of Courtenay who won an artist prize pack valued at $40.

All of our other winners will receive an advance copy of the colouring book and an artist prize pack valued at $20 (*Please note some of the artists have will be featured in the colouring book more than once). They include:
