Having children’s books at home increases children’s literacy skills and improves their chances of success!
Vancouver Island Regional Library has partnered with community organizations to deliver free Books for Babies kits to any caregiver with a new baby in our service area.
These free kits include a children’s book, a CD singalong and a Books for Babies bag.
