This workshop is an introduction to the marvelous world of seed saving! It highlights the importance of seed saving for biodiversity, sustainability, and food sovereignty. Participants will learn how to save vegetable seeds from their gardens for future planting. Key topics include basic plant taxonomy, selection criteria, and proper harvesting techniques, along with guidance on drying, processing, and storing seeds.
