The Sooke Branch is starting a book club! We meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 6:30 – 8:00 pm at the Sooke branch.
Rich with dark and light, pain and magic, this book distills the insights gleaned from King’s critical and personal meditation on what it means to be “Indian” in North America. Weaving the curiously circular tale of the relationship between non-Natives and Natives in the centuries since the two first encountered each other.
We have a limited number of seats and copies, so please email email@example.com or call us at 250.642.3022 if you are interested in attending!
