Join us for a FREE Seniors’ Chair Exercises session — for seniors age 55+. This program is offered by Sooke Region Communities Health Network and funded through United Way Better at Home funding.

Please note that Sooke Region Communities Health Network policy requires participants to be double vaccinated. Please bring proof of vaccination and valid government issued ID.

There will be a maximum capacity to maintain adequate social distancing. Mask wearing until you are seated is recommended.
