Join us for a FREE Seniors’ Chair Exercises session — for seniors age 55+. This program is offered by Sooke Region Communities Health Network and funded through United Way Better at Home funding. Please note that the 10:15-11:15 am class is more advanced, for those who have taken these or similar classes previously.
