Join us for a FREE Seniors’ Chair Exercises session — for seniors age 55+. This program is offered by Sooke Region Communities Health Network and funded through United Way Better at Home funding. Please note that the 11:30-12:30 class is intended for beginners.

About the instructor:

Lihua Shao is a certified personal trainer with a focus on functional training. She is passionate about helping people improve their body’s movement to help them live their lives to the fullest.
