Meet Rosie, our new library assistant.

Actually she is a certified therapy dog. Rosie will be the main attraction at our Paws and Tales program. Sign up to read a story to a very patient listener who loves to hear stories.

Develop your reading skills in a fun and safe way.

Register at the branch or by calling 250-642-3022 to reserve a 20 minute time slot. You can register for up to three sessions over the summer.

Rosie is the one wearing a scarf. Barb is her human.

The Pacific Animal Therapy Society is a  volunteer-driven pet therapy organization that has provides valued, caring pet therapy to Vancouver Islanders for over 35 year.
