Join us in the library to watch together. Bring a lunch! Hot tea will be provided.

On Wednesday, February 1, Phillip and April Vannini discuss their book, In the Name of Wild: One Family, Five Years, Ten Countries, and a New Vision of Wildness. This session, part of the Learning with Syeyutsus Speaker Series, will be shown in the South Cowichan Library in the Mill Bay Centre.

“Five continents. Ten countries. Twenty Natural World Heritage sites in five years. When the Vannini family set out to consider what wildness and wilderness mean to people around the world, their journey revealed something very different from the picture-perfect notion of untouched nature they imagined. Join us in conversation with Phillip and April as they share stories and highlights of their journey into the wild.”
