This show draws material from several “folk” songwriters highlighting the life experiences of Canadians. Stories about fishers, farmers, housewives, sailers, explorers, country folk and city dwellers (as well as the places they all inhabit) are celebrated, creating a
musical picture of life in Canada.
Jake Galbraith has worked in various niches of the music business for over 60 years. As a performer, he is mostly known as a singer and guitarist/bassist, presenting material from several genres. He also has experience in various aspects of production of both live shows and recordings. Jake has been a resident of Gabriola for 16 years.
