The Vancouver Island Regional Library is thrilled to partner with The Downtown Duncan Business Improvement Area Society (DDBIA) to offer an exciting new socially distanced activity for children and families!

This month from October 24th to October 31st you can take part in a fun Halloween Storywalk®. Read the story Scary, Scary Halloween by Eve Bunting and Jan Brett displayed on boards in the windows of participating businesses, while you enjoy the downtown area.

Businesses which will be displaying the Story Walk posters include Peacock Photos, Pemberton Holmes, Eclectic Avenue, Belongings, Martin’s Menswear, Ten Old Books, Monk Office, Wishes, Alley Cat Hair Design, Outlooks Menswear Duncan, John Hirst for SunLife Insurance, The Red Balloon Toyshop, Ironworks Café and Creperie, Hudson’s on First, ReFresh Cowichan Marketplace, Cardino Shoes, and Volume One Bookstore.
