On October of 2016, Dustin W’Ren Anderson received a medical diagnosis that would forever change his life: Parkinson’s. His career as a Children’s Performer and his dreams to become a national role model for children abruptly came to an end.

Filmmaking has provided W’Ren with a renewed purpose and career and an opportunity to share his journey of healing. He wishes to spread the message that healing is possible. The hope of his own full recovery requires an unwavering belief in the faith and power of miracles.

Dance with Disease – The Gift of Adversity explores the commonalities in these people’s stories of hardship, their grace and gratitude for the sometimes severe adversity they experience, and the gifts they’ve gained from that life-changing experience.

W’Ren, reaches out to a diverse group of people who have found inspiration through hardship as he explores his own profound experience with Parkinson’s disease.
