This year’s annual Fresh Start returns to downtown Nanaimo, Diana Krall Plaza, and Vancouver Island Regional Library’s Nanaimo Harbourfront Branch.

There will be Food Trucks in the Plaza and colouring activities in the Library.

FRESH START IS ACCEPTING…

1. New or gently used Kids’ Clothing and School Backpacks.
2. NEW School Supplies. Things like…

• glue, glue sticks, scissors, white erasers, pencil cases, lunch boxes
• pens, pencils, felts, markers, highlighters, crayons, pencil crayons…
• correcting tape (white out), paper reinforcers, paper, graph paper
• rulers, subject dividers, duotangs, pencil sharpeners

NO TECH NO TOYS NO GAMES PLEASE

** NO Binders or Used Notebooks **

Donated items will be evaluated individually. If bringing in a box or bag with multiple donations, please be patient while staff determine which items we can accept.
