Drop in for an hour of low-tech crafting and relaxing music. Our makerspace at the library is all about taking it easy, having a good time, and figuring things out. As Mr. Rogers once said about drawing, “I’m not very good at it, but it doesn’t matter. It feels good to have made something.” That’s the spirit!
Bead-o-Rama
Give those fine motor skills a workout and see what you can make with beads: we’ll have melty beads, pony beads, wooden beads and more, plus a fine assortment of things to string them on.
This is suitable for all ages, but young children must be accompanied by a helpful adult.
