Join us for a FREE virtual presentation by Mary Ann Moore, a poet, writer, and writing mentor based in Nanaimo!

Bringing Poems to Life

Mary Ann is presenting a webinar on writing poems to illuminate the observations, experiences and events of one’s life. Contemporary examples of poems will show how others have done just that with their exquisite use of language, images, rhythm and line breaks. Some poems follow a form while others are new experimentations. Poets new to the craft as well as seasoned poets are welcome. Have a notebook and pen handy as Mary Ann will offer invitations for writing your own poems which you can share if you’d like to. Questions will be welcome.
