SPOOKY SEASON BEGINS! And so does the donation period for the Campbell River Library Costume Swap!!
From now until October 17th, bring in clean, usable Hallowe’en costumes you’d like to donate! Then on SATURDAY OCTOBER 19th that means you get to come in and get the best pickings from 12:30AM to 5:30PM. The doors of the swap will be open to anyone who wants to come in, and you can pick up your costume then!
Frequently Anticipated Questions
- Can I DONATE a costume without coming to the swap later and getting a new one?”
- YES! If you don’t want to come, just drop off your (clean, good-condition) costumes at the library for someone else to use!
- Do I HAVE to donate a costume in order to get a costume?
- No – you can browse to your heart’s (and costume ideas’) content on everything still available!
- How many costume pieces can I get?
- However many you need! Have two kids who need a costume each? Grab two!
- Are there any costumes you really need?
- Yes! We often don’t have costumes for older kids, so we appreciate any donations we get
If you have other questions, you can direct them to crinfo@virl.bc.ca and we’ll try to answer them as quickly as possible.
