Storywalk

Join us for a laugh-out-loud storywalk featuring all the fun things grown-ups never let you do and see how tough it is to be a kid, when even the (seemingly) best ideas are met with resistance. Here, accompanied by Nancy Carpenter’s hilariously clever illustrations, is a day-in-the-life look at a kid as she torments her brother, her pet, her classmates, and, of course, her mother.

This storywalk can be found along the Blackjack trail, starting from its new trailhead location. Activity sheets for this walk are available at the Quadra Island Library and Community Centre bulletin board and can be turned in to enter a prize draw.
