This youth writing contest begins September 17 and runs until October 17 at 6pm. \nThe age groups are 8-10 years\, 11-14 years\, and 15-18 years with winners from each age group on Quadra Island receiving a published copy of the “Terrifying Tales” book.  A copy of this years ‘Terrifying Tales” will also be added to the Library collection. \nContest Rules; \nLimit of 800 words per story\, with the theme “Terrifying”.\nLimit of one story per writer.\nStory must be an original piece of your own work. No AI use or plagiarism.\nIndividual entries only!
