Qualicum Beach

Following the Provincial Medical Health Officer orders, masks are now required when visiting the library. This is in addition to physical distancing, occupancy limits, and other safety measures.

A properly worn mask covers your nose and face at all times. Masks are available.

Open for walkthrough service- come browse the collection! We no longer require you to make an appointment to pick up your holds; simply come at your convenience during any of our open hours. Please bring your library card with you, we will ask you to scan your card before we get your holds.

Public computers are now available to book for 30 minute sessions. Please call the branch to book your appointment 250-752-6121.

About the Branch

The Qualicum Beach library branch opened in 1937 and lived in several different locations through the years. The library branch has been at its current location “under the clock tower” in the Town Hall since 1997. The interior was repainted in 2009 and new flooring installed in 2011.
