On a late summer day a young man set out on a voyage through the mountains. In 1999, some 300 years later, his perfectly preserved body was discovered by three hunters on the edge of a glacier in northwestern BC. The remains of the young man, who has come to be known as Kwaday Dan Tsinchi, set in motion a unique multidisciplinary collaboration between indigenous people and the scientic community. Dr. Richard J. Hebda and Alexander Mackie share this fascinating story in advance of the October 31st release of their book  "Kwaday Dan Tsinchi: Teachings from Long Ago Person Found" published by the Royal BC Museum. Copies can be pre-ordered at this very special event!
