Food Security: It's In Your Hands Documentary

This local film about food security is being loaned to us by Cowichan Green Community and filmmaker Nick Versteeg is allowing it to be shown for free!

In the film, Versteeg uses his experience of running a small farm in Glenora and interviews with experts to explore what is happening to our bees, the importance of soil, changing to organic methods, and how we can get more people into farming. He also travels to Malawi in Africa, one of the poorest countries in the world, where he experiences another side of agriculture.
