eStories and Stories to Listen to

If you would like to listen to stories on compact disc, VIRL has lots of children’s books on CD.  Go to the library catalogue and do a keyword search for "Juvenile Fiction" and narrow format to "Audiobook CD" and "Downloadable Audiobook".

TumbleBookLibrary is an online collection of animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by taking existing picture books, and adding animation, sound, music and narration to produce an electronic picture book which children can read, or have read to them.
